Dal Moth Great Indian Recipe: Soak the moth beans overnight in water. Heat the oil in a wide frying pan and fry the chopped onion till its light brown. Next add the ginger and garlic paste and fry for a minute or two. Now add all other spices and fry the mixture for 2 mins. Add moth beans to the spices and add salt. Close the lid of the vessel and allow the gravy to cook for 4 min on medium heat. Now add tomatoes to the simmering mixture and allow to cook for 2 minutes. Once the gravy become thick, remove from heat. Pour some lemon juice and garnish with coriander leaves.
